To help keep your costs to a minimum, at Smile Designs by Badalamenti, we use an efficient billing system. We have designed special payment options that don't rely on costly mailed invoices and billing statements. We are pleased to offer the following payment methods:

• Payment in Full Prior to the Start of Treatment. Cash, check, credit card. There is a discount applied to your overall fee for  choosing this option. At no charge, we will prepare your insurance paperwork for you and mail it for your direct reimbursement.
• Split Payments for Multiple Appointments. Payments for procedures which require more appointments may be divided into an initial 1/2 down with the remaining balance payable at the beginning of the final appointment.
• No or Low Interest Payment Plans.  We will gladly prepare your insurance paperwork for you and mail it for your direct reimbursement.
